Critters!

So - here's a few pictures of the critters who have been a part of my life. I have loved and been loved by the best of them.

Sassy

This is my lil' Sassy girl! Unfortunately for me, she lives with her grandparents in Oklahoma. But she's a country dog, and couldn't deal with living in the Big Apple!

Here's another shot of Sassy - She's queen bee and will get most of the space on this page! She gets brushed all the time but instantly looks like a stray within two minutes!

This is Scamp. He's now our oldest pet, hanging around at 18 years old and still living up to his name!

--------IN MEMORIUM-------

Unfortunately, both Sassy and Scamp have passed on since I last updated this page. So sad, yet part of the warp and woof (sorry, I couldn't resist) of life, I guess. They both have left lasting (paw) prints on my life, and will remain in my heart forever. As is the nature of things, other 'critters' have taken up residence at the Parker household since then, and their pix and stories are below. Word to the wise, my friends: be good to animals.

THE PARKER ANIMAL KINGDOM

This is Pepper Jack, my aunt & uncle's dog. As you can see, he lives the life of Riley!

Here's Pepper on 'his' deck. Truly, a "dogs life!"

And this is Pache - the sweetest, smartest pooch around. She loves her country life and never has a dull day.

Yes, there are other critters about! This is Moe, and he's one of our barn cats. (The other is afraid of the paw-parazzi and won't come out for photos!)

This is my friend, Barbara, with Pache and Sassy. Though technically not a "critter," Barbara loves my animals almost as much as I do! I know she misses Sassy a great deal.

This space saved for pix of my parents new demon kitty - as soon as they can get her to stand still long enough for a picture!
